Acceptable Use
Roadready supports lawful, original driving-theory learning. These rules protect examination integrity, road safety and content rights.
Never present Roadready content as official or real exam material, and never use it to cheat, evade testing or direct practical driving.
Permitted learning use
Use Roadready to create original personal revision questions, explanations, road-sign memory aids, CPC scenarios, hazard walkthroughs and study plans. Review every output before relying on it.
No official or examination claims
- Do not claim Roadready output is official, approved, certified or affiliated with an examination or licensing authority.
- Do not present generated content as a real, leaked or recalled exam question.
- Do not use Roadready to impersonate an instructor, examiner, public authority or qualification provider.
- Do not remove the practice-aid notice in order to mislead another person.
No cheating or evasion
Do not use the service to cheat, obtain live examination answers, bypass examination controls, facilitate impersonation, falsify competence or evade lawful testing and licensing processes.
No unsafe practical use
Do not use Roadready while driving or controlling a vehicle. Do not treat generated content as real-time navigation, emergency instruction, practical driving supervision, vehicle diagnosis or a substitute for qualified tuition.
Copyright and third-party rights
Do not paste or request copyrighted official questions, confidential materials, third-party course banks, personal data or protected brand assets without permission. Roadready is designed to create original practice material, not reproduce proprietary content.
Technical and harmful abuse
- No malware, scraping that harms service, credential attacks, rate-limit evasion or unauthorised access.
- No harassment, hate, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, violent wrongdoing or illegal content.
- No deceptive commercial resale, spam or high-volume automated generation outside plan limits.
How we respond
We may block a request, limit generation, preserve relevant security records, suspend access or report unlawful conduct where proportionate. Users can contact support to appeal an access decision.
